Today, Cross has more than 50 people. In fact, in the last 3 years we have doubled our Human Resources. At a time when entering and staying in the labour market is difficult, at Cross we continue to invest in people and staff our departments with young associates and <\/span>qualified professionals. We believe that only through a healthy and productive working climate can growth be achieved. Therefore, realizing the importance of people for our future and sustainability, we make sure to be there for them in their professional development, supporting their dreams and ambitions.
