In order to strengthen this team, we are currently looking for a qualified candidate (medical representative) with a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to identify business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities of a medical representative.
- Responsible for the area of responsibility.
- Achieving monthly/annual goals.
- Achieving daily visits to healthcare professionals.
- Increasing the market share.
- Managing their daily schedule and all sales data of their region through a CRM application.
- Sending daily reports to the competent manager.
- Managing and developing the existing clientele, and developing a new one.
- Designing effective sales plans.
- Cooperation with the other departments of the organization.
- Executing all responsibilities in accordance with the applicable regulations and guidelines of the organization, and in accordance with the established corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
Desired Canditate Profile
- University / Technical University diploma.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, in a position of equivalent responsibility.
- Good computer skills.
- Communication & negotiation skills.
- Car license.
- Ability to travel.
