- Generalized candidiasis
- Deep endemic fungal infections
- Mucosal candidiasis
- Genital canditiasis
- Tineas: feet, thin skin, femorogenital folds, pityriasis versicolor, onychomycosis, Candida skin infections
- Prevention of fungal infections in patients with neutropenia and malignancies
