Dosage | Directions for use:
Empty the contents of one sachet directly into the mouth and swallow or dissolve the contents in 200ml of cold water (maximum temperature 30oC ) and drink immediately. Take 1 sachet daily, before or after the first meal or as directed by your doctor.
